Testing and Certification Laboratory for communication protocols, data protocols and functionality and cybersecurity, specially equipped for the verification of protocols based on PLC (Power Line Communications), radio frequency (WiFi, Bluetooth, 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IoT technologies , LTE Cat. M, ZigBee, Wi-Sun), substation protocols (61850) and data protocols (DLMS / COSEM). The laboratory itself develops its own testing tools, so each year we incorporate between 3 and 5 new tools in the portfolio.

Application of regulatory tests supported by the recognition as an official laboratory of the PRIME Alliance to ensure compliance with the specification of the PLC protocol. This service is only offered with the presence of a TECNALIA technician.
Rental of Testing Tools
Rental of testing tools from DLMS, PRIME, 61850 or others, to make it easier for manufacturers to check the protocols and the functionality of the equipment during their development. This service is offered both with a technician and without a TECNALIA technician.
Sale of testing tools
Sale or temporary rent of DLMS, PRIME or other testing tools to facilitate the debugging of equipment for manufacturers during the development and the laboratory certification process, thus reducing the time to market.
